Tucked into "Mural Alley" in the heart of downtown Courtenay, we're a warm, dog-friendly coworking space built for remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who want more from their workday. We're steps from Lewis Park and Simms Park, free coffee is always on, and the people here are genuinely good to be around.

We've thought hard about what makes a workspace actually work: a treadmill desk pod, meditation room with SAD lamp, private call booths, a six-person boardroom, and 24/7 access for members. co-valley was founded in 2021 by Steph and Alex. Formerly known as Foundation Spaces the spaces is in a former hair salon in a central downtown Courtenay alley. We started in the middle of COVID with a simple idea: that people deserve a comfortable, welcoming place to do their best work. We're proud of what this place has become, and we'd love for you to be part of it.​
