What it costs:

  • $350/month* for 24/7 access (currently full, waitlist only)

  • $200/month for three days per week (currently full, waitlist only)

  • $150/month for two days per week (limited availability)

*commit to a minimum of three months and pay only $300/month!

Drop-ins

Just in town for a few days and the hotel desk isn't cutting it? Join us at CO-VALLEY and enjoy a slice of island life. We've got free coffee, good vibes and a central location downtown Courtenay.

What it costs:

  • $30/day, Monday to Friday only*

  • $250 for 10 drop-ins

*please note: we have limited drop-in availability, so please give us at least 48 hours' notice

Events + meetings

Our meeting room seats six comfortably, and is available for full-day or hourly rental. Please note that although the meeting room is private, it is not soundproof so it's not suitable for confidential meetings.
